DIAMOND LAKE ORCHARD
(Open from the last week of August to first week of November)

Since we had an Orchard we thought that it would be easy to start a few hives to help the apple growing process and maybe have a little honey to sell to our customers. Little did we know that this would be quite an undertaking. Five years latter with a lot of help and a few starts and stops in between we now offer honey to our customers in convenient 12 ounce "honey bear " squeeze jars. The 100% pure honey is refined and bottled on site.
