Since we had an Orchard, we thought that it would be easy to start a few hives to help the apple growing process and maybe have a little honey to sell to our customers. Little did we know that this would be quite an undertaking. Seven years later with a lot of help and a few starts and stops in between we now offer honey to our customers in convenient 12 ounce "honey bear " squeeze jars and in special 12 ounce and one pound "Holiday Gift" antique glass jars. The 100% pure honey is harvested, spun and bottled on site from our own hives.
