APPLES STRAIGHT FROM THE TREE TO YOU

We pick and wash apples on a daily basis and bring them to the apple shed for your convenience. We try to keep a minimum of three different varieties available at all times so you can mix and match as. Our only rule is that you fill your bag to the very top.
  • WE STARTED IN  2018 SELLING HONEY EXTRACTED FROM OUR HIVES LOCATED IN THE ORCHARD.

  • IN 2020 WE EQUIPED AND RECEIVED STATE LICENSE APPROVAL FOR OUR OWN APPLE CIDERY.  EXPANDING IN 2021, WE RECEIVED OUR FEDERAL  AND STATE LICENSE AS A WINERY. STARTING LOCAL, WE HOPE CASSOPOLIS AND DIAMOND LAKE VISITORS WILL ENJOY WHAT IS GROWN RIGHT HERE IN SOUTHWEST MICHIGAN.

The 2025 season promises to set another record for the Diamond Lake Orchard. The apple crop is extraordinary due to a near perfect early growing season, We have expanded our local honey sales and added new wines and hard ciders. Whether interested in fresh Michigan apples, local honey or a friendly wine tasting experience Diamond Lake Orchard is the place to visit.

ABOUT OUR APPLE ORCHARD

What started as a hobby has now grown into a boutique local orchard where the local (and not so local) residents  come to buy their apples, wine, cider and honey.  It is a self serve venue where fresh apples are picked, washed and placed in bushels each morning and then selected and bagged by you, the customer.  Apples can be bought in half peck and full pecks bags, honey in 12- or 16-ounce glass or plastic containers and cider in half gallon jugs. Starting in September we sell thirteen different varieties as they ripen. These include Honey Crisp, Red and Yellow Delicious, Mackintosh, Granny Smith, Pink Ladies, Gala and Jonathon  and others.
